The single, most important attribute for a Bed and Breakfast is it's innkeepers. The element that most contributes to a guest's satisfaction is service related. Bed and Breakfasts have a distinct advantage in this area because guests have the increased opportunity to interact with the innkeepers and develop personal experiences and impressions. We are the ones who make the difference at our establishments by creating a unique ambiance, by personally welcoming our guests and offering refreshments, providing them with our own special brand of hospitality. Providing them that unique, generous, and warm personal welcome. |
