General Terms

Discounts: SIU Alumni Association members will receive a 10% discount. Continuous stays longer than two nights will receive a 10% reduction in room rates for each additional night.

Deposit Required : To hold your reservation, a payment equal to one night’s lodging is required.  Your reservation can be held with an online payment or a check can be mailed.

Notice of Cancellation: Refunds will be made when reservations are cancelled 7 days prior to arrival date.

Check-In / Check-out : Check-In Time:  5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Check-Out Time:  11:00 a.m.
If your arrival or departure time needs to vary, please let us know and we will attempt to accommodate you request.

Smoking Policy: Barton House Bed and Breakfast is a smoke free environment.  Thank you for not smoking.

Children: Our property is not suitable for children.

Taxes and Rates: Taxes are not included in the room rates.  Rates are subject to change without notice.
